We are very pleased to be able to tell you that you will now have lots of outside space to use when staying at the Granary as well as the existing balcony.
We now have the meadow for you to sit in to enjoy the sunshine and also a barbecue and dining area so that you can dine al fresco.
The feedback that we have received from our guests over the years has always been that the only thing that could improve their stay was to have more space to enjoy the outdoors so we hope that you will enjoy these new facilities.
The Granary is curtilage listed.
The Granary is a first floor apartment. It is presented to a very high standard and sleeps 2.
The modern and comfortable apartment comprises of a wonderfully presented kitchen area which includes: cooker, granite work tops, refrigerators with freezer box, microwave and all kitchen utensils that a good cook would require.
The comfortable beamed living area includes, leather sofa, two chairs, solid oak flooring, central heating, flat screen TV, DVD player and bookcase full of books are all supplied.
Balcony with table and chairs for two with lovely views across the Devon hills.
The bedroom with double bed and plenty of drawer and wardrobe space (hangers supplied) has lovely views. Shower room with powerful shower. All bed linen, bath and hand towels supplied.
Private secluded courtyard parking for your car.
Our local housekeeper provides 24 hour emergency cover.
On your arrival you will find your Welcome Pack including wine, tea, coffee, biscuits and milk.
For the kitchen we supply dishwasher and laundry tablets, linen tea-towels and hand towel.
